Established in the 1990s in unincorporated Cobb County, just outside the City of Kennesaw, Chandler Ridge is zoned in the desirable Cobb County School District, including Bullard Elementary School, McClure Middle School, and Kennesaw Mountain High School.

Chandler Ridge has an active Homeowners Association with an elected board and volunteer committee members. Protective convenants and bylaws help us to preserve our property values and sustain a sense of community.
